Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date for eligible products.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Products purchased during flash sales or special discount offers may not be eligible for returns.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt) is required for all return requests.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging when raising a complaint.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for confirmed damage claims — at no additional cost to you.
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or transit after delivery from our warehouse is not covered.
Leakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery orders will receive refunds via bank transfer or UPI — please provide valid bank details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where only part of the order is returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your Order ID, reason for return and clear photographs of the product.
Step 3: Wait for return authorisation from our team — do not ship back without approval.
Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to our address.
Step 5: Share the courier tracking details with our team after dispatch.
Step 6: Once received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used personal care and skincare products for hygiene reasons.
Products with broken seals or removed protective covers.
Items marked as 'Final Sale', 'Non-Returnable' or 'Clearance'.
Free gifts or bonus products received with orders.
Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper use.
